A consistent writing practice creates great intimacy with your life. Ordinary moments that otherwise might pass unnoticed—the shadow of a plant cast on the wall or the sound of a skateboard across cement—suddenly come into sharp focus and provide great fodder for prose. Memories, too, flash brightly in the archaeological dig of your mind, and take on new dimension through the act of putting them to paper.

Find community and structure in this 6-week online writing group that braids meditation with small group writing and discussion. Open to all experience levels. There will be plenty of opportunity to share what we wrote, ask questions, connect.
